The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me when my room was not available. The owner even arranged a pickup for dinner and insisted on driving me back to the hotel. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the fish carpaccio and fish plate. The room was clean and warm, with a newly renovated bathroom. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar. The location is great, almost at the city center, and the WiFi was reliable enough for Netflix. a wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful Christmas getaway! Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made exploring easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the modern rooms were spotlessly clean. Loved the complimentary coffee and drinks in the fridge, a nice touch for a relaxing evening in.

A bit disappointing that breakfast wasn't available due to renovations, but we were advised beforehand. On arrival, the atmosphere felt slightly eerie as refurbishment was still in progress.
